NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL CORPORATE MEETING OF
THE EDGE SCHOOL, INC.
Pursuant to ARS 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Edge School, Inc., Edge High School and to the general public that the Edge School, Inc., Edge High School will hold an annual corporate meeting that is open to the public on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at 7:30a.m., in Lenny’s Room, located at 2555 E. 1st Street, Tucson, AZ 85716.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available at the Edge School, Inc., Edge High School, 2555 E. First Street. Items may be addressed in a different order than they appear on the agenda. Dated the _____10th_____ day of ______December_______, 2018.
