Introduction
This project is designed to familiarize students with several methods of investigation used to solve crimes today. Many of these techniques have been around for quite some time while other are new and changing quite rapidly. Students will use reading sources and hands on learning to understand what goes into a criminal investigation. The course is broken down into 8 segments and those participating will receive a grade for each.
Learner
This course is designed for students interested in understanding more about the science of forensic investigation. This will require reading and understanding procedural passages relating to a crime and also will delve into some of the science skills needed to process this information. Students will write their own analysis for each section of the course and will be expected to use this data to make educated assumptions about crime.
